Service & Maintenance

We offer maintenance for your air conditioning units, keeping them working at optimum performance and ensuring you can rely on them when you need them the most.

We can carry out one-off repair jobs or provide year-round cover of every eventuality through our maintenance contract (otherwise known as Planned Preventative Maintenance or PPM).

Regular maintenance contract and services means that the units:

  • Reduce high energy bills caused by an inefficient system
  • Prevent major mechanical problems occurring
BESPOKE CONTRACT
We offer a flexible and comprehensive maintenance package for all air conditioning units to suit your needs and requirements, from annual visits to reactive site call outs.
F GAS COMPLIANT
In 2009, it became a legal requirement for all businesses that have installed, maintained or service stationary refrigeration, that contain F-GAS refrigerants to obtain an F-GAS company certificate and register.
We will provide a F-GAS register along with a company certificate.
PROTECT WARRANTY
Regular maintenance of your air conditioning systems is required to validate the manufacturer’s warranty.
BREAKDOWN COVER
We offer regular servicing and Breakdown Agreements to identify your needs to provide KPI call outs, and guaranteed response times. We offer regular inspections to prevent the breakdowns in the first place.
